comment policy

We are about building relationships with our readers and providing quality content not providing a link farm for spammers.

Getting Your Comments Approved Is Simple

All you need to do is follow these basic rules and you will get every comment approved.

OK, now that we have that out of the way you here are some additional tips to ensure your comments get approved?

Firstly, for anyone wanting to get exposure for their product or service this is not the place to do it. We will send your comment into never never land without warning or notification.

You can however, send me an email using our contact form asking us to write a review, once we have used and tested the product or service and found it suitable for our readers. This is not negotiable.

Getting “DoFollow Links” Is Very Easy

Ways you can get your links “DoFollow” are by submitting the post or page you are reading to any of your favourite social networking sites such as Google+, Facebook or even Twitter. It’s really that easy, just one click of your mouse button and it’s done.

For Those That Do Not Follow Our Commenting Guidelines

Well all I can say is that I warned you. It will not be the naughty corner for you, but a fate far worse.

Any comments on our blog that do not follow our very easy and simple guidelines will be deleted, if you continue to follow these same commenting practices with additional comments then you may be blacklisted by “ME” or worse still, blacklisted as spam.

We Will Follow Google’s Guidelines When Necessary

Spam sites attempt to game their way to the top of search results through techniques like repeating keywords over and over, buying links that pass PageRank or putting invisible text on the screen. This is bad for search because relevant websites get buried, and it’s bad for legitimate website owners because their sites become harder to find. The good news is that Google’s algorithms can detect the vast majority of spam and demote it automatically. For the rest, we have teams who manually review sites.

To make it fun and relevant for all keep it real and only add value where you can. Commenting just for the link will spoil the conversation for everyone and be of no benefit to the commentator trying to game the search engines.
